Start a session

Give the agent a bounded objective and verify which context it loaded.

Goal and prerequisites

Begin work with the current project, its approved constraints and an explicit action boundary. Open the intended vault and choose one project. Confirm the agent can access the needed files.

Start with a clear prompt

Follow the root instructions for this vault. Open the Team workshop project
and load only the context needed for its next action.

State the objective, approved decisions, current status, unresolved questions
and exact next step. Identify the files you read. Do not change files yet.

Review the agent’s understanding

Compare its response with the saved files. Check that it has not promoted an unresolved issue to an approved decision. Correct stale or conflicting facts at their authoritative source.

Then authorize a bounded task, such as drafting an outline inside that project. State whether it may edit files, run commands or contact external services.

Verify the result

The agent should be able to point to the loaded project records and distinguish current work from durable decisions. If it cannot find a file, fix the working directory or adapter rather than pasting the entire previous conversation.

Continue safely

Keep important output in the project. Before ending, use the close-session routine to review and save the state.
