KOS Pro private invitations

Understand consulting eligibility, private invitations, software rights and supported onboarding before the public commercial release.

Private access through consulting

Effective October 20, 2026, KOS Pro private invitations are available through qualifying Kraven AI consulting engagements. Work directly with us to design and implement your AI workflows, with an opportunity to access and evaluate KOS Pro before its public commercial release.

KOS Pro remains private, invite-only and pre-commercial. Public sales, checkout and automatic license activation are not available. Consulting services are available independently of Academy’s launch. KOS Starter Kit remains free and open source.

Request a Consulting Assessment

Who qualifies?

A consulting administrator reviews your workflow, genuine consulting need, KOS fit, technical feasibility, suitability for the current private release and available delivery capacity. A confirmed, qualifying engagement is required before an invitation can be issued. Sending an inquiry, receiving a proposal, joining Discord or boosting a server does not qualify you automatically.

Use the existing consulting form to provide your name, email and a description of your project or workflow. Choose the service that fits best, or choose “Not sure yet.” In your message, mention your interest in KOS implementation and any relevant information about your organization and current AI tools. The team may ask for further details during follow-up. Review the form’s inquiry-handling notice before submitting. Do not submit credentials or customer files.

Invitation, license and installation are separate

Record What it means
Inquiry or qualification A request or suitability review, with no software grant
Confirmed engagement An accepted consulting scope; software rights are separately defined
Invitation An offer to proceed under specified terms, not a license or proof of installation
Software grant Explicit access rights after applicable terms acceptance and administrator authorization
Installation A separately verified setup on a supported environment

Your consulting agreement defines service deliverables such as discovery, knowledge architecture, supported setup or migration, workflow implementation, onboarding, documentation and handoff. It separately identifies any software invitation benefit and access/update terms.

An invitation does not automatically grant a perpetual license, subscription or lifetime updates. Read the exact supplied License and Plan Terms before accepting. Existing lawful acquired-version rights remain intact, including any perpetual acquired-version rights already granted. This program does not replace those terms. See licensing and access.

From confirmation to onboarding

  1. Confirm the consulting engagement and its scope.
  2. The administrator verifies eligibility, capacity and the current validated KOS Pro release.
  3. Receive a manual private invitation identifying the engagement, package, terms, dates and support contact.
  4. Accept the applicable terms through the approved process before package distribution. Installer acceptance also binds the supplied legal-document versions and hashes.
  5. Receive the authorized package through the agreed private delivery channel. An invitation is not a public download link.
  6. Review the supported installation plan with the delivery team, approve the specific changes, then verify the result.

Before installation, record your current edition/version, installed features, provider tools, configuration and possible conflicts. Make an independent backup. Review compatibility, existing files and user-owned knowledge; no overwrite or configuration change is authorized by submitting an inquiry or accepting an invitation.

Use the validated Pro installer guide and supported upgrade process. The current guide is scoped to the approved Pro 1.1.0 Windows package and tested starting points. Unknown/newer layouts, arbitrary plugins and untested platform combinations are not promised. AI provider accounts and subscriptions remain separate.

Record installation validation, unresolved issues and completion of your first working project. Installation, repeat use and useful outcomes establish adoption; invitation counts and Discord membership do not.

Updates, support and future Academy migration

Your written terms specify access duration, any expiry and update eligibility. No future release, SLA, unlimited consulting or separately licensed Power-Up is included automatically. Use the support contact in your engagement and invitation; prepare a sanitized issue report. Feature requests and defect reports do not create a delivery commitment.

The program uses manual records while Academy is under development. Future migration will preserve the source of access, product/version, accepted terms, rights, dates and grant status. Invitations without a grant remain invitations. Migration will not silently create a subscription, charge you, reduce legally acquired rights or remove your own knowledge.

Frequently asked questions

Does every consulting service include Pro? No. Eligibility and capacity are reviewed, and the confirmed agreement states whether a private invitation benefit is included.

Does an invitation mean free lifetime KOS Pro? No. An invitation alone grants no license. Any acquired-version rights come from the applicable accepted terms; future updates require explicit eligibility.

Can my whole team use one invitation? Do not assume this. The agreement and software terms identify the authorized subject and seats; a team consulting engagement does not expand a single-user software grant.

What if the engagement ends or I do not install? Service completion and software rights are separate. An issued invitation is not an installation, and ending consulting does not silently remove independently acquired rights.

Do I need an Academy account or Discord boost? Manual invitations do not depend on Academy’s public launch. Discord membership and boosting confer no automatic software rights.

Will you publish my results? Feedback may inform product improvement. A named testimonial or case study requires separate customer consent.
